Become a Friend of CFSC

Our Club is a volunteer organization run by our skater parents. We do everything we can to support our skaters and give them as many opportunities as we have funds to provide. We fundraise twelve months of the year to cover ice rental, group coach payments, team competition costumes and entry fees, and all that goes into our annual ice show – our largest fundraiser.

We have so many wonderful alumni, families and friends who have passed through our doors throughout the many years of our long history as a figure skating club. Whether you are a former skater or parent, or are a community member who would like to support the long-term goals of our club into the future, we welcome you to become a Friend of CFSC through donations and volunteering opportunities. 

With the rising costs of ice time, costumes, etc., monetary donations will go far in securing our future. Next season, we will grow our program to include the new Aspire Program through United States Figure Skating, which will require off-ice training and parent education. This is an incredible opportunity to "bridge" the gap between our Learn to Skate students and our Freestyle skaters. We also need financial and volunteer material and time donations to update our costume collection as many of our costumes are from when many of our Friends of CFSC were skaters! Nostalgia is fun but many are disintegrating and desperately need replaced.
